Exchange Counter Guidelines

Item Limit per Visit:
Customers may bring up to 30 items per visit.

Item Requirements:

Now Accepting Summer Only

Accepting Fall Starting September 1st.

Apparel: Must be clean and on hangers.

All items should be free of stains, wrinkles, pet hair, holes, blemishes, and odors.

Exchange Counter during exchange hours:
Your items will be sorted into upstairs, downstairs, & no thank yous.

You will receive an in-store credit for accepted items, use it the same day, never expires!

You will take the unaccepted items with you.

Exchange Counter Hours

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

Time: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Exchange Counter Drop Off Service:
Neatly place items on/in the provided racks and bins with your name/phone number attached.

Be sure to put a rubber band around the top of your clothes to keep them together.

Take a picture for your records/receipt.

Drop & Go Hours:

Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday

Time: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Note: You will receive a text or call with our offer within 2 business days.

For unwanted items, you have 48 hours to pick them up, or you can choose to donate them.

Appointments: High dollar designer items, fine jewelry and whole closet clean-outs only.

We will offer cash, 20% more in store credit.

In-home appointments are available. A fee may apply.

Furniture, Large Home Decor & Fine Jewelry:

All furniture and home decor items must be pre-approved before being brought in.

Please take pictures of these items and email them to sell@shopkellies.com for approval.

Fine jewelry by appointment with Kellie or drop off with follow-up appointment.
