Exchange Counter Guidelines

Item Limit per Visit:
Customers may bring up to 30 items per visit.

Item Requirements:

Apparel: Must be clean and on hangers.

All items should be free of stains, wrinkles, pet hair, holes, blemishes, and odors.

Exchange Counter during exchange hours:
Your items will be sorted into upstairs, downstairs, & no thank yous.

You will receive an   in-store credit for accepted items, use it the same day, never expires!

You will take the unaccepted items with you.

Exchange Counter Hours

NOW ACCEPTING FALL ITEMS STARTING AUGUST 11TH

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

Time: 11:15 AM - 5:00 PM

Exchange Counter Drop Off Service:
Neatly place items on/in the provided racks and bins with your name/phone number attached.

Be sure to put a rubber band around the top of your clothes to keep them together.

Take a picture for your records/receipt.

Drop & Go Hours:

Time: 11:15 AM - 5:00 PM

Note: You will receive a text or call with our offer within 2 business days. 

For unwanted items, you have 48 hours to pick them up, or you can choose to donate them.

Appointments:  High dollar designer items, fine jewelry and whole closet clean-outs only.

We will offer cash, 20% more in store credit, or consignment. 55% to you.

In-home appointments are available. A fee may apply.

Furniture, Large Home Decor & Fine Jewelry:

All furniture and home decor items must be pre-approved before being brought in.

Please take pictures of these items and email them to sell@shopkellies.com for approval.

Fine jewelry by appointment with Kellie or drop off with follow-up appointment.

Women's Fall - Lightweight sweaters and cardigans, Long sleeve tops and blouses (not heavy knits, )Light jackets, utility jackets, and denim jackets, Fall dresses (for women — casual, layering styles, Jeans (dark wash, light wash, or neutral tones,Lightweight pants and joggers, Transitional layers in fall colors

Shoes (Seasonally Appropriate)

•Closed-toe flats
•Ankle boots (not winter or fur-lined)

Purses & Bags (Women’s & Unisex Styles)
•Crossbody bags
•Structured handbags
•Neutral-tone totes
•Small backpacks

Accessories
•Lightweight scarves
•Fall-toned hats (felt, wool, or fashion styles)
•Statement belts
•Jewelry in warm metallics or earthy tones

All items must be clean, gently worn or new, and seasonally appropriate. Thank you for helping us bring in the season with style!

Solid Color Tees, Dark and Light Wash Jeans, Versatile Denim for Every Occasion, Light Weight Jackets. Shoes, Wallets and Bags, Accessories to Complete the Look.

Please No Mens Suits, Khaki Pants, Button Down Shirts or Ties.

Appointments are great for:

• A specific date and time to fit into your busy schedule
• The opportunity to work with our couture/designer specialist, If you have over 30 items of designer brands, we offer cash for designer brands or 20% more in store credit.
• If you have over 30 items of regular brands, you may schedule an appointment to bring up to 60 items for store credit only.
